Josh joined The Artisan Farmer in 2025, and now runs the deli and butchery’s retail and wholesale business, preparing all meat cuts for the café and bakery as well as selling product directly to the customers. He is aided and abetted by his two fellow musketeers, Robert (former apprentice now fully trained butcher), and apprentice Beau (who left the cafe kitchen, lured by the promise of working with Wagyu in the butchery).
