Taylor began and completed her chef apprenticeship at The Artisan Farmer. Working in our kitchen pretty much since it opened, she was inspired to get into commercial cooking thanks to both her grandmother and regular ‘cook-offs’ with her uncle.

Although she used to ‘win’ those cook-offs all the time, she’s proud to say she can now emerge victorious on her own merits, rather than relying on her family’s sympathy vote due to her younger age!
